How to setup a P2P network.

Hello there! Today I'm gonna explain how to create your own P2P network. It's a really simple process. Just follow my instructions and you're done.

What do we need:

- 2 or more PC's
- Network (Cat6) cabels for each PC
- Switch (No not Nintendo Switch)

Before you start. Make sure that everthing is connected and pretty close to each other.

Step 1: Connect the Pc's to the same switch. Use the Cat6 cabels and connecte them to the Switch.

Step 2: On all of the pc's need to be change name of the Workgroup. Click on start --> Type in the searchbar "Control Panel" then click on it --> Click on "System and security" --> On the right side in the middle it says: "Change settings." click on it --> Then click on "Change" in the middle. There you can change the Workgoup. It's up to you what you call it. Attention! On all of the Pc's the wokrgroup needs to have the same name.

Step 3: While you're at it. Change the name of  PC's too, to easily indetify them on the network. After that restart the PC.

Step 4: Now focus on one PC. Click on start --> Type in the searchbar of the start "Netplwiz" --> Click on "Add a user". Create an user to login as on the network on the other PC.

Step 5: Create a map --> Right click on the map --> Click on properties --> Click on "share" --> Click on "advanced share" --> Add the user you want to share it with it, then confirm the share.

Step 6: Go on the other PC. Click on "My computer" --> Click on Network --> You can see the network that you have created. Click on it --> log in as the user that you gave the rights to --> You now see the shared map and can use it you gave the user the rights.

If you have problems with the network, try disabling Firewall. It's not recomemnded, but it may work.

That's it. You created your own P2P network. Congratulations and use it wisely.
